Thoughts on the finale

I'm not gonna lie. I didn't really feel that bad for him. I'm really glad that Kate smacked him but she should have smacked him earlier than that...not for saying that he was trying to keep her and Aaron safe.

I loved that Sawyer sacrificed himself. That whole scene was so amazing. I'm so sad that he thinks Kate's dead. I really really hope that he doesn't do anything with Juliet because it would just be annoying. I don't want any more love triangle stuff. I just want it to end.

I thought it was absolutely hilarious that after the island disappeared Hurley said..."I can't believe he did it...Locke moved the island." And then Jack said "No he didn't." Well technically Locke didn't move the island...Ben did, but Jack was just totally in denial. That whole scene was great because Kate was telling Hurley how it was a miracle that Aaron was totally fine from the helicopter crash. And earlier in the episode Jack said he didn't believe in miracles. If he still doesn't then he's got some major problems.

Penny and Desmond's reunion was so great! I was freaking out. They are my favorite couple next to Sawyer and Kate. There's just so much love. I was just so happy that they had a reunion because if we would have had to wait, then I would have been annoyed.

I love Jack, but I didn't feel sorry for him. Simply because I was loving the angst. Freaking loving. Floving. I'm so glad that it went back to Jack and Kate at the airport, because this is the 'jumping off point' to the rest of their relationship. Jack will HAVE to grow and ... fix himself, I guess.

And as far as Sawyer sacrificing himself, I saw it coming a mile away. But now, and I dont want to insult ANYONE, that's not my intention at all, but it seems that for the past four seasons, Skaters (not all, just a few) seem to hate that Jack's a hero, and use that almost as an insult to him, but now, since Sawyer's gone and done something heroic, suddenly it's a desirable trait. I'm sorry, but that hypocrisy just annoys the hell out of me. And before I get attacked by people, let me just say that I love Sawyer, he provides such comedy and is generally a wonderful character and I would HATE it if he died, and I WAS a Skater, so I've been on both sides of the triangle.

Locke in the coffin confused me. Wasn't it confirmed that it WASN'T Locke in the coffin? I still don't get what happened over on DarkUfo re: that.
